Plot : After crash-landing on the planet Mongo, Flash, Dale, and Dr. Zarkov find themselves separated from each other, with Flash wandering the deadly forests of Arboria and Dale waking up as a guest of none other than Ming the “”Merciful”"! Plus, a fan-favorite character from Alex Raymond’s original comic-strip debuts! It’s classic retro-pulp science-fiction action, for a whole new generation!
Review : After liking issue one, and that it left it at a cliff hanger I decided to give issue two a shot. The graphics and language is just as strong, and you are introduced to a few more characters including Ming which most fans of Flash will know.
The graphics, humor and storyline are not 100% strong but a lot stronger than some of the comics I have previously reviewed.
I actually enjoyed this one, and I can see myself continuing with this series.
